Graduate in Engineering from a recognised University
Preferred: Engineering in Mechanical / Environment/Electrical/ Electronic etc
Desired profile of the candidate
- Qualification – Engineering
- Possessing 6 years of experience in manufacturing industry experience with 1 year experience in social auditing.
- Conducted atleast 50 Man-day social audits.
Soft Skill
- CSCA from APSCA is preferred, if not qualified as CSCA, the candidate shall willing to sit for CSCA qualification exam.
- Minimum 1-2 years onsite audit experience preferably in Apparel/Home Textile/Hardline/Furniture/other industries. or 50-man days of social auding experience.
- Possesses and demonstrate ethics & integrity values and professional conduct.
- Good knowledge on prevailing labour & various industrial laws applicable in factories/manufacturing sites.
- Preferred/Qualified to perform lead auditor role for Sedex/SMETA, BSCI, FLCP, CoC, SA 8000, WRAP and SCAN/C-TPAT will be preferred
