About QE Witness Audit:
QE witness audit is conducted in order to ensure that the associate’s working procedure. This audit will check associate on his compliance on the procedure and work instructions, code of conduct, service condition, integrity, communication, behaviour, technical competence, professional judgement, equipment availability as laid down by customer or general standard.
This audit will be conducted by an experienced witness auditor who is experienced in auditing and can spot poor auditing practices.
Auditee’s reactions and comments can also be considered as they will give a good picture of interpersonal interaction and experiences during 3rd party audits. Also, from this audit, we can be known whether the auditee has received comprehensive training and has a thorough understanding of the work they perform. From this, the auditee can also work on the scope of improvement areas, if any.
