Education Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.

Job description / Responsibilities

• Executing the inspection activities effectively as per RSJ’s procedures.
• Meeting customer requirements & expectations, adding value to customers and delivering customer satisfaction. E.g. Delivering high quality reports timely without any error/ missing information.
• Managing the inspection expenditure within (budget) / as per RSJ policy.
• Developing / acquiring competency to progress in career/profile.
• Other aligned outputs related to the profile.

Work Experience

• Possessing 1-4 years of experience in third-party product inspection, specifically in electrical, electronics, or hard goods categories.

Required Skills

• Travel throughout India, hence willingness to travel is important
• Physical Fitness: This profile requires physical activity of checking quality products, standing on floor for long hours. Candidates may have to go through medical fitness test by qualified doctor
• Willingness: to move out of your comfort zone is highly desirable. Candidates may be placed outside of their hometowns.
• Strong knowledge of quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
