Job Requirements / Responsibilities
- Creating and maintaining new policies related to people.
- Planning and Execution of people engagement activities.
- Monitor the execution of planned training for employees.
- Address the Recruitment needs in an organization.
- Complete all the formalities of employee induction, onboarding (including Compliances), and relieving.
- Managing and maintaining the data of employee Attendance, leaves, bonus, gratuity, etc.
- Office administrative work.
- Developing/acquiring competency to progress in carrier/profile.
