Job Requirements / Responsibilities

  • Creating and maintaining new policies related to people.
  • Planning and Execution of people engagement activities.
  • Monitor the execution of planned training for employees.
  • Address the Recruitment needs in an organization.
  • Complete all the formalities of employee induction, onboarding (including Compliances), and relieving.
  • Managing and maintaining the data of employee Attendance, leaves, bonus, gratuity, etc.
  • Office administrative work.
  • Developing/acquiring competency to progress in carrier/profile.
